On an ample raised plain only a small distance from Riva del Garda, along the ancient road of the Giudicarie valleys, are to be found the remains of a religious complex frequented in the protohistoric period by a population who’s history and culture are the object of continuing study: the Rhaetians.
The cultural identity of this people has come down to us via inscriptions in the Rhaetian alphabet found on devotional objects which a scholar of this language translates and explains in this film.
