Xanthi 2005. A man in his eighties, a Diegkzis, former tobacco-worker, is wandering around an old tobacco industry, no longer in use, which will soon operate with different decoration and different type of business. By searching through his memories, he is also trying to find fleeting images of a city now lost through the existence of these industrial monuments. He will capture these memories in a letter to his son, an architect working in the architectural office which will transform this industrial monument into a multy-activity cultural centre.
